Femme Balance™ Progesterone Cream may help support balanced estrogen levels in women to promote hormonal harmony, reduce fat accumulation in the abdomen and hips^, and improve sleep quality*. Natural progesterone cream can be used to support hormonal balance*, as it provides a form of progesterone that is identical to the one naturally produced by the body.
USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
The recommended dosage and usage depend on whether the woman is:
menstruating regularly
menstruating irregularly
or has already reached menopause
DOSE MEASUREMENT:
Each dose should be equivalent to one pump of the progesterone bottle. One (1) full pump is equal to one teaspoon of progesterone.
How to apply natural progesterone cream:
Apply the cream to areas of the body where the skin is thinner—such as the face, neck, behind the ears, armpits, inner thighs, behind the knees, palms, wrists, and forearms. It is important to rotate application areas to allow for more even absorption.
IF YOU STILL MENSTRUATE:
Use two doses daily (morning and night).
The cream is applied for 21 consecutive days each month.
Day #1 of your cycle is the first day of bleeding. Begin using the cream on day #1 and continue for 21 straight days.
Then stop using it and do not resume until the next day #1 of your cycle (the first day of bleeding of the following month).
MENOPAUSAL OR IRREGULAR CYCLE:
Women with irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, or those who no longer menstruate (menopausal) should use the cream continuously for 21 days each month, followed by a break.
You can follow the calendar days: begin on the 1st day of each month and stop on the 21st.
Use two (2) doses per day (morning and night).
Notes for menopausal women:
To relieve hot flashes or night sweats, you may use a double dose: two (2) full pumps, twice per day, for continuous relief.
Since natural progesterone can make your cells more sensitive to the estrogen your body still produces, some women in early menopause may experience a return of menstruation.
For vaginal dryness, you may apply one (1) to two (2) doses directly inside the vagina daily. This can be done in addition to your regular dosage.
